World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft is a high-fantasy world called Azeroth, all myth, magic and monsters. You make a hero, pick a side in the long war between the Alliance and the Horde, and grow by questing, running dungeons with friends and joining raids, the big group boss fights. Blizzard also keeps older versions of the game running, each set in an earlier era of the world, so a newcomer can choose which one to start in.
