RuneScape: Dragonwilds is a survival game set in RuneScape's world, and a separate thing from RuneScape itself. You land on a forgotten continent where dragons have woken up, and the loop is the survival one: chop, mine, build a shelter, cook, craft better gear, then push further out. The RuneScape flavour shows in the skills and the spells, like conjuring a ghostly axe to fell trees for you. You can play alone or with a few friends.

Jagex dated the full launch to 15 September on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox. What ships with it, and the one platform the press release never mentions.
