RuneScape
RuneScape is the main line of Jagex's fantasy world, Gielinor, the version that kept moving forward after the old one was preserved separately. It's a game about skills as much as swords: you can spend an evening chopping trees, brewing potions or running a farm and count it as progress. There are quests with a long-running story, boss fights for groups, and it runs on a computer or a phone.
Game publisher: Jagex.

Two events come first: a DoubleXP event in November, which it calls the best chance to use them, then a shorter send-off event, the Well of Restoration, where eligible items can be donated for GP, the in-game gold.
