New World: Aeternum is an action role-playing world set on a single haunted island, Aeternum, where settlers in colonial-era dress fight whatever the island keeps throwing at them. There are no classes: the weapon in your hands decides your skills, and you get better with it by using it. Gathering and crafting are a full path of their own, with skills to level, and you can play alone or in a group, on a computer or a console.

Amazon dated the shutdown, pulled the game from sale in January 2026 and stopped selling its paid currency in July. No refunds, and the last season runs on.
